PROCESS - TIMELINE

Commissions are usually completed on a "first come first serve basis", in order of payments received, unless previously agreed for a specific deadline; however, note that queue fluctuation may occur.All commissions are usually delivered in a reasonable time, but please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for completion, depending on personal schedule and order complexity; customers will be promptly advised of any potential delay.Final piece will be delivered in digital format only, in its original size and in full resolution, usually at 300 DPI; exact size and canva ratio may vary due to nature of the commission. No physical shipment is intended.

PAYMENTS - PRICING

Any payment must be completed upfront, via Paypal only, Ko-Fi or Revolut transfer. Preferred currency is £/GBP. Might accept the equivalent in € (EUR) or $ (USD) as well, any currency change fee is on customer' side.Payments are due within 7 working days after receiving the invoice without exceptions, otherwise order will be canceled. If, by any reason, you can't do so, please notice me ahead so I can figure out a proper arrangment for you.Plans and split payments are available for bulk orders or any illustration that goes from £ 100 or up to go.Pricings may variate without prior notice; orders taken before price changings will not be affected.

REVISIONS - EDITS

Included in base price you get a sketch to approve and 2 rounds of free minor edits on the commissioned piece.
Extra charges apply for any change requested after sketch approval and for any major adjustments. Example of minor tweaks: changing eye, coat or item colour, slightly editing already drawn items etc. Example of major tweaks: partially or completely changing the pose, adding more characters, adding new items etc.Please keep in mind that minor revisions and tweaks are not endless! A very large amount of minor edits may incur in additional fees as well, due to the total amount of time spent on artwork and requested effort to apply all said edits.

REFUNDS - CANCELATION

Full refunds will be given before the commission has been started or if I can't proceed with an order; partial refunds, proportional to progress level, may be requested by customers provided a valid reason, but anyway will be valuated by me on a case-by-case basis and not to be considered guaranteed.I reserve the right to decline and cancel any kind of commission without providing an expressed reason; tho this rarely happens, it's fair from me to inform you about the possibility. Canceled orders will be properly refunded to the customer based on progress level, of course.

PERMISSIONS - COPYRIGHT

Wether you're my customer or not:

Credits must always be given when using my art anywhere. To give proper credits, please link back to my instagram, or any other social of mine, with direct link. When not possible, writing my name in a caption is fine (example: “illustration by thedoodlefox.deviantart.com” or “made by thed00dlefox”)I retain full copyrights over any illustration created by me; I do not, of course, retain intellectual property on your original character/s. Commissioned art may be uploaded, used (including gifting to others) and shared on any social by the rightful customer, provided full credit is given. Resizing or cropping a little the picture is always okay as long credits are given in caption or my signature remains unaltered on the illustration.I reserve the right to upload any commissioned artwork on my social and sell physical copies of said artwork in forms of merchandise, gadgets or items as long said artwork do not include OCs or hold particular feeling for the customer.Removing my signature from illustrations is forbidden. You can't make any profit from my art such as printing, reselling or redistributing it. Tracing, reposting and altering my art in any way without my permission is not allowed.Commercial rights to be discussed upfront, please contact me to talk about.
